we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. once your order is with the United States Postal Service (USPS), they’re in charge of delivery, so we’re not able to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. if you run into any issues, we suggest contacting USPS for the latest updates. that said, we know how much your order means to you, and we’ll always do our best to help however we can on our end.
